Welcome to Eastern Science Meditations, Mindfulness, and Relaxation.

Our meditation videos are created with love. It is our sincerest hope that they benefit you and help you get more in tune with your true self, sometimes called your higher self. Meditation is a chance for you to let go of all of the anxiety and worry that can fill our lives. It is a chance for you to look inward. It is a time for self-care.

Our team at Easter Science has a diverse background in meditation, music production, and art. We created Eastern Science as a labor of love. We hope that by creating tour meditation music and videos we can help others. We have spent a long time honing our skills in music and art, as well as meditating. We hope that through this music we can share our experience with you.

WHY MEDITATE?

Meditation ‘s roots go far back in the history of our world. Countless generations of wise people across the world have focused inward to learn more about the mind, body, and spirit.

Today, scientists can study the exact change meditation has on the mind and body. Harvard researchers found very promising resultswhen they studied the health benefits of meditation. Their research showed that meditation could bring “benefits against an array of conditions both physical and mental, including irritable bowel syndrome, fibromyalgia, psoriasis, anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder.”

Eastern Science Meditations, Mindfulness, and Relaxation Videos are designed using a scientific approach to ancient wisdom.

As technology develops at an ever increasing rate, the human mind can find it hard to cope. Many of us spend most of our days plugged into our computers, digesting so much information that it can be hard to process it all. It seems for many of us that the more we absorb the worse our ability to focus can get. We have found meditation to be the best solution to combat the racing, unfocused mind that can develop after hours in front of the computer and on our phones.
